Kazakhstan Women’s Team Rise 16 Places in FIFA Rankings

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has released the latest ranking of women’s national teams.

Thanks to a victory over Belarus in the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier, Kazakhstan added 32.43 points and moved up 16 places to 97th in the latest FIFA rankings.

In the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying, Kazakhstan currently sit second in League C Group 6. Coached by Begaim Kirgizbaeva, the team are competing for a place in the play-offs and promotion to League B.
