Abinur Nurymbet: ''My goal is to play in the national team''

- Abinur, tell us about how you started playing football, why did you choose this sport? Did the fact that Taraz has a strong school and many famous national team players grew up in Taraz influence you?

- I started playing football at the age of five. My first coach - Ilnitsky Ivan Mikhailovich, he trained me a lot. I chose this sport because I like playing football. Definetely, I agree that Taraz is a forge of talents, where many famous national team players grew up. My main dream and goal is to play in the national team's shirt, for this I will work hard.

- You are 19 years old, but you have already played in three different championships. What is the specificity of the Belarusian championship? What particularly caught your eye there?

- In Belarus was my first experience at the level of the top league. The trust and support of local coaches for my transition to adult football was striking.

- You also played in Uzbekistan. There is an opinion that their championship is more technical but less forceful compared to the Kazakhstan championship, is this true? 

- Yes, in Uzbekistan most of the players have excellent technique, while showing technique at speed. It is difficult for me to compare with the Kazakhstan championship, the season has just begun.

- Since the new season you play for the Kazakhstan U21 team. What are your impressions and how do you assess the qualifying group in which we have to play? 

- Many of the players have already had experience in the Premier League. Therefore, we set only high goals. In our group there is only one clear favourite - England, the more interesting it will be to fight for the next stage.

- Are there any players in modern football that you like?

- I like Jude Bellingham's game. He's always going forward. Jude is an exceptional talent, he's showing great character. He has already become the leader of ''Real Madrid''. I enjoy watching him play.

- At Turan you have become a core player. Your team has an interesting squad, a mix of experience and youth. Is there a feeling that you can make a sensation in KPL?

- Yes, we believe in ourselves. We go from game to game. Management and coaching staff of ''Turan'' is doing everything to compete on equal terms with the top clubs in Kazakhstan.

- What are your personal goals for this year?

- Play in the U21, and then in the national team of Kazakhstan. I wish ''Turan'' became a sensation this season.
