Naomi Datson - UEFA Physical Training Advisory Group Member:
- We spent a long three days in Astana and were a bit tired, but the course was very important and informative. We are going home with new knowledge, which is exactly what the UEFA Share programme should be doing in the first place. At the beginning of the workshop we didn't know each other, but already now I can see that communication between the specialists is at a very high level and they are ready to help each other with different tasks.
Igor Shitov (former player of FC Astana) fitness coach of the Belarus youth team:
- First of all, I am very pleased to return to Astana. We celebrated our victories and received cups and medals here. It is nice that the fans remember and warmly welcome me in Astana.
As for the workshop, I would say that it is a great experience for me. For the first time I am at such an event, where specialists from different countries are gathered and information is presented in a non-native language. We new knowledge for development in coaching.
At the end of the workshop, the coaches received UEFA certificates.
The UEFA Share initiative is implemented by the Union of European Football Associations and is aimed at supporting coaches and the development of grassroots and women's football in European countries.
