Olzhas Abrayev to Serve as UEFA Delegate for Hamrun Spartans vs Maccabi Tel Aviv

Olzhas Abrayev has served as a UEFA match delegate since 2013 and has also held the role of FIFA match commissioner since 2016.

As a UEFA delegate, he acts as the official representative of the organization at the match. His responsibilities include chairing the pre-match organizational meeting, overseeing the proper staging of the event, and ensuring full compliance with UEFA competition regulations — particularly those concerning safety, security, and order in and around the stadium before, during, and after the match. The delegate is also responsible for submitting detailed reports on match organization to UEFA, and, if required, may conduct site visits in advance to assess the level of organization of the tournament.
