Kazakhstan VMO Takes Part in UEFA VAR Seminar

The main objective of the seminar was to prepare a new group of VMOs to work at UEFA matches alongside a new group of referees. For the first time in history, a Video Match Official from Kazakhstan was invited to take part in this course. Kazakhstan was represented by Aidyn Tasybaev.

The seminar programme included a series of tests designed to assess participants’ knowledge of the VAR Protocol, the Laws of the Game, as well as guidelines for analysing match incidents.

The participation of a Kazakhstani VMO in this UEFA seminar represents another sign of trust in Kazakhstan’s refereeing corps and provides an opportunity for domestic officials to demonstrate their professionalism and competence at the international level.
