UEFA Pro, A and B Licence Renewal Course Concluded

The programme was aimed at enhancing the professional competence of football coaches.

The course consisted of two modules – online and in-person. Participants were introduced to the Kazakhstan Football Federation’s development and coaching philosophy and further deepened their knowledge in the training and improvement of young players’ technical and tactical skills.

Participants also applied the acquired knowledge in practice, working on methodological approaches and game-based exercises.

Coaches holding a UEFA Pro licence focused on team management, the development of a playing model and strategic planning. For UEFA A licence coaches, priority was given to structuring the training process and individual player development, while UEFA B licence coaches worked on refining the fundamental principles of coaching young players. In this way, the course ensured professional continuity across all coaching levels.

Such courses contribute to the systematic development of coach education, the improvement of youth player training standards, and the sustainable development of national football.
