David Loriya Takes Part in UEFA HatTrick Programme Committee Meeting
During the 2024–2028 cycle, each national association can receive around €17 million for development projects. Funding is allocated subject to compliance with UEFA development standards and programmes, including transparent governance, grassroots football development, coach education and infrastructure initiatives.
The programme’s investment component has already been directed towards supporting infrastructure projects in Kazakhstan.
“For me, participating in this committee is an opportunity to be part of the decisions shaping the development of European football and to use this experience for the systematic development of football in Kazakhstan. Our task is to make the most of these opportunities to develop infrastructure, nurture young players and strengthen the national team system,” said David Loriya.
