KFF establishes Technical Development Committee

The Executive Committee of the Kazakhstan Football Federation met in Astana to approve the regulations of the Technical Development Committee and confirm its membership.

The establishment of the Technical Development Committee aims to implement a systematic approach to the technical development of football in Kazakhstan, enhance the methodological framework for training players, coaches and specialists, and strengthen cooperation with international organisations.

The Technical Development Committee is a permanent advisory and expert body of the KFF, operating on a voluntary basis. Its primary mission is to provide methodological and expert support in implementing the federation’s technical programs and strategic initiatives, participate in the development of regulations, programs and standards, and assist in the development of infrastructure and the improvement of football personnel training.

The Committee includes renowned coaches, officials and veterans of Kazakh football: Talgat Baisufinov, Vladimir Nikitenko, Evgeny Yarovenko, Dmitry Ogai, Vait Talgaev, Askar Kozhabergenov and Pavel Cherepanov. Vahid Masudov, Honoured Coach of Kazakhstan, has been appointed as Chairman of the Committee.

In its work, the Committee follows the principles of transparency, collegiality and professional responsibility. Its decisions are advisory and submitted for consideration to the Executive Committee of the Kazakhstan Football Federation.
