KFF Legal Department Strengthens International Cooperation at Naples Conference
The KFF was represented by Bauyrzhan Tursunov, Director of the Legal Department, and Zhanna Amanzholkyzy, Senior Legal Lawyer.
The conference was organized by the Sports Law and Policy Centre (SLPC) in cooperation with leading European legal associations. The forum gathered CAS arbitrators, representatives of national federations, universities, and major law firms from Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, and other countries.
According to the official agenda, participants discussed current issues in international sports law, including football governance reforms, modern approaches to anti-doping, and recent trends in the jurisprudence of FIFA, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
Among the key speakers were renowned experts in the field — CAS arbitrators, professors, and international lawyers such as Massimo Coccia, Jeffrey Benz, Luigi Fumagalli, Jacopo Tognon, Roy Vermeer, and others.
